A national rebrand is only as strong as its least-finished location. Expansive Workspace operates flexible offices and coworking space in commercial buildings across the country, and every one of those addresses carries the brand to a different local audience. When the company moved on from the Novel Coworking name, the exterior and interior signage at each site had to change with it, on a coordinated schedule and to a single standard.

National Sign Team took on that rollout as a program rather than a pile of one-off jobs. Working from the new brand identity, we handled the signage across 20-plus locations so that a member walking into one Expansive building sees the same quality and the same look as a member two states away.

Managing a Rebrand at Scale

We survey the sites, handle permitting and property-manager approvals, fabricate to the new specs, and schedule installation so the change reads as one clean transition instead of a patchwork.
