Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company, title and the locations or project you're asking about
- Messages, project details and notes about your brand
- Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter or request a download such as a cut sheet or checklist
Vendor applications are submitted through forms hosted by Smartsheet. Information you enter there is handled under Smartsheet's privacy policy.
If you text or call us using the phone links on this site, we receive your phone number and your message, and we use them only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools to understand how it's used:
- Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location and how you found us.
- HubSpot sets cookies that recognize returning visitors and can connect your visits with information you choose to share with us.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from spam. It collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

- Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@nationalsignteam.com.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to serve you, run our business and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections on every page of this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
